We are happy to facilitate warranty replacements for  AVYNA tools purchased from our online store or authorized retailers, authorized retailers are only beauty salons. Warranty does not cover stolen, lost, altered or misused items. You must returned the damaged tool so we can make sure it was not alter or misused. Before returns make sure to begin your claim and wait for us to contact you.

All warranty claims must include a proof of purchase. Once all required claim information is received, replacements are processed between 1-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered.
